Thought I'd include this in the correct sub-forum as well; originally posted in response to a somewhat unrelated thread, link of which is below.

Feel free to correct me if I've missed this somewhere else on the forum.

Likewise, I'm not a rep for MTN (or any cell Co.), but recently they seem to have dropped their Internet Bundle rates drastically. Can't find them on their website, but I tested a prepaid SIM, and they have changed to those listed below - (previous rates in brackets).

Surprisingly, haven't seen a word mentioned about this on the forums - also, haven't compared them against 8ta or Cell C, but will be happy if anyone wants to comment on them. They're also on the 2nd page of the YELLO DEALS brochure I picked up from an MTN shop this morning, valid 1-15 March, but presume they'll be extended into the next brochure (as each is only valid for 15 days at a time).

10MB - R10 (no change)
75MB - R29 (R49)
300MB - R79 (R149)
500MB - R119 (R189)
1GB - R149 (R289)
2GB - R245 (R389)

CellC still the cheapest...

50MB R7.50
100MB R15
300MB R45
500MB R75

Pity their internet is almost unusable lately.

Just checked on the FNB app - those prices are correct.
I wonder how long for though.

Ends 30th April it seems. After that? Who knows.
(It's in small print under the promo in the April Yello brochure.)
