My Friend of mine want to change to this new plan, but how does one change to the new plan?

Its very easy. *141*4*4# and thats it or you can answer the options manually *141*4# option 2 then option 2 for MTN Pay Per Second. Make sure you take the option for MTN pay per second. Thats the right price plan. Then you are sorted.
