MTN number ported to Telkom but can't get or make calls to MTN numbers

UPDATE. Seems MTN finally woke up. I can make calls to mtn again. Let me see how long this lasts.

Hi, can anyone assist me. I have called MTN numerous times and they supposed to end the prepaid sim that is still active on MTN with my number. I am only using Telkom sim!
