mtn prepaid loading problems

Hey guys i know asked a similar question and it was pointed out that I had not waited a month since my last data load ( btw how the hell am i suppozed to know exactly when i last loaded, seriously why must I the end user keep track of this, doesnt MTN want to tell me for some reason?) anyway rant off..

So lets hope this isnt a case of not waiting long enough again,
but when i go through the menus and select a once off data bundle, everything goes fine up to the point of when its actually suppozed to load the bundle and it says, "sorry I cant do that right now, try later". Its been doing this for 3 days allready!

Hi

If you do a balance request via 555 or 141 IVR, assumming that the number is prepaid, it will tell you the balance of the data bundle as well as the expiration date. You can also PM me your number and Ill have a look to see when it was loaded and when it expires.
