MTN Prepaid to Contract migration taking long..

I have been waiting for two days now to migrate from prepaid to contract. The woman told me not to purchase any airtime but now I am sitting with no airtime and my migration is still pending. How long does this normally take?

Ok, just got off the phone with help desk. They said that there was an issue on their systems and the migration failed but they will be more than happy to put through another request that may be processed in 2 to 24 hours. Bollocks!!!!
