MTN PRODATA ad in yesterday's Rapport.

Subscription = R9.99 pm

Sim & Connection (once-off) R236.80 & R999.00 once-off for Fastlink E220 USB modem.

No data or databundles included.

Question is: If i take out the sim and use my PPaid MTN sim in the modem and buy cheaper
airtime for data purchase, will i only pay R9.99 monthly on this data contract?

MTN a part of the contract, or can i buy my own data from outlets that gives discount
on airtime?

With regards to the airtime you would have to purchase the data bundle as a monthly service, cant buy the prepaid data.

No worries, i was actually trying to verify with sales if they would impose the sim card charge if you already had one

I like prepaid, because with these contracts you can get a surprise if you do not watch your data usage and start paying R2 per meg without knowing it.
