MTN Service? Don't make me laugh!!!

Have yet to receive a reply from Faiz and the agent I dealt with w.r.t my old mans transfer for a number from my account to his "new" account when they do decide to respond to the email w.r.t the NCA rules.

Again why does this phucktrain company only respond to complaints on HelloPeter , is my complaints in person not good enough , why do I have to goto the MD or some bloke high up and why can the supervisor not supervise properly.

Get rid of the monkeys subcontracted to MTN for frontline staff , get staff properly trained and pay them properly , share the billions of rands in profits , stop this pro-rata and billing in arrears **** and actually deliver a decent customer service or just cease trading.

I'm tired of shareholders who issue mandates to make profit whilst phucking around with my convenience and business time.

I can't decide if MTN has arrogance w.r.t staff or ignorance w.r.t staff and why no-one has the balls with management to take ownership of a problem and resolve it on the spot or make proper attempts instead of passing the buck left right and centre.

If any one at MTN on this BB has the ability to solve my issue , please PM me and I will respond with contact details and more information about my problem.

This pharken company is bloody clueless , they don't know how to use their systems , the developers know phugall and no-one wants to pass a credit , I don't know if I should just walk into MTN Roodepoort or send a 22 wheeler truck careening through head office.

The arrogance and idiocy of this bloody company is amazing.Geezes phuck.I'll go entertain myself another day when I am bored and from now on when I speak to them at the service centre I will record all the conversations using Ultimate Voice Recorder whether its legal or not , phuck them since they giving me the phuck you attitude.

I am in the process of doing a transfer of a number on my contract to my dad's name on MTNSP (he is currently not a client)

With his ITC report and 45 pages of bank statements and a cancelled cheque , they refuse to honour his application w.r.t affordability , I made a big thing with Faiz at MTN walk-in Century City since he is in the credit vetting department , after a long hassle he simply states that my old man does'nt meet MTN SP's vetting criteria (but he will not say what the criteria is)

Sent them a nice snotty email with a copy of the NCA and the paragraph where a consumer has a right to know WHY his/her application was rejected and not some vague bloody answer (have yet to receive a reply)

MTN , why do you think that you're doing the customer a favour , we happily pay the bill so please happily deliver the service or go and get phucked (I've been a client from 1998 and my monthly spend is now at R4k and I would like R4k's worth of service and the major reason why I am still one is because of the 90% of the time technical features I use on the network , that is not available with the same standard to the rivals)

Your billing system for the all millions it costs is up the pole and the level of ignorance displayed by your staff (all of whom are contracted to you by an agency from what I have been told within the senior ranks of your company) leaves a lot to be desired.

Get your act together.

I can't remember how nicely I've asked for followup calls but they never seem to come through but let a payment be 1 day late then the threats and suspensions that occur are rather responsive from an otherwise non-responsive company.
I must agree, MTN's billing sucks balls, when compared to what I experienced with Vodacom's billing, and this after being a client of theirs for about 7 years or so.
I still prefer MTN though because, in my experience, MTN's technical service is superior to Vodacom's, and this is more important to me because I am actually getting (and am able to use) what I am paying for.
Hence sticking it out with MTN.

I totally agree with u Hoogsbef,that is EXACTLY how i feel! but why is that when u go to other countries u get a much better service comparing to the disgusting service in this country? one possible reason i can think of is the lack of knowledge and tranning, most customer service reps in this country dont know what the fk is going on and often gave false information to the customer, coz the only thing they care about is wheather they will get paid by their boss at end of the day, and they simply just don't give a fk about helping customers! its not just mtn, vodacom is just as useless trust me, im a vodacom subscriber for 4 yrs now..

I phoned mtn befofe about what the got to offer me for 3g. Firsty the person didnt hear of a 3G phone called Nokia 6234 and told me if this was a joke and if im sure that phone is real. We understand that they have bad days but to talk like they know more than me when it was evident he was trapped in a cave! The person went on to say I cant watch tv on the phone? But I do with vodacom....he didnt sound happy about that. In the end id say gone are the days when mtn was king of mobile market they should rethink doing a whole new face lift and follow Cell C (if it has to come to that)

but the fact is, it's not just mtn, most of the service industry in this country is like this unfortuantelly, wheather its vodacom or mtn, all the same bro, sad but true.
