MTN Sky uncapped 10GB Fair Usage Limit Farce

I buy the MTN Sky Uncapped package every month. The first couple of months the service was excellent. Then the last 3 months I allegedly reached my Fair Usage Limit (FUL) of 10GB in just over 48 hours. My complaints and queries were stonewalled with nobody getting back to me with an answer or proof. in November the FUL was reached on the same day that I bought the package. MTN is again stonewalling me with promises to get back to me, but to no avail. I seldom use this phone for data since I have uncapped wireless in the office and at home. I use a tablet for emails so very seldom require this device for data. But when I do, I want the service I pay for and at the moment I am not getting it and I'm starting to get very peeved about the exceptionally poor customer service. I don't get called back and my escalated queries are not even being responded to back to the callcentre operators.

I am on uncapped wifi through Comtel 90% of the time. I tracK data usage on my phone and use less than 300 MB per month, nowhere near the 10GB usage limit. My average usage in my uncapped wifi is 14 GB per month, not 10 GB in 2 or 3 days.

MTN cannot supply me with usage statistics.

Am I the only one with this problem?

Or is the whole MTN uncapped data thing just a farce?
