MTN SMS messages not delivered to Orange in UK

Hi Dr Data, i've got same problem, i'm a Saffer living in UK, using Orange, not receiving text messages from MTN numbers :-( My parents are both on MTN so they think i'm ignoring them!

Having exactly the same problem with sending an SMS to Orange UK from MTN, works fine from VodaCom and Virgin... The number is a new pay-and-go Orange number, not ported from another network. I can however send SMSs to another Orange UK number without problem. When I phoned 808 they checked the number and said MTN does not have an international agreement with that number?!
Please help, need to be able to SMS this number!

I have fixed this. I also tested and the SMSs now deliver from MTN. Please also test from your mobile to confirm?

I've just ported over from O2 last week.
