I'm glad you raised that little anomoly. Why is it that MTN cannot come to an agreement with a UK company about International SMS tariffs. The same applies to Vodacom - who have been 'negotiating' for years about this very issue.SMS sent to the UK ?
You know you sent SMS's to the UK right ?
The system will reflect SMS's sent abroad as an International call with a time duration of 00:00:00. This is done as SMS's sent abroad does not get billed under the normal SMS's structure and the rates are different.
I certainly hear the sounds of feet getting dragged, which doesn't impress customers one jot.

I still haven't heard from Gift and nobody has queried the point that Slindiwe (MTN) said about GPRS falling back to CSD when not available. This is pretty serious, so I may have to raise this as a separate thread
