MTNSP Contract Delay

Okay...so sunday I applied for a second sim so that I can get a second phone.

MTNSP

I was told that it takes up to about 72Hours or something for the approval and delivery....NOT!

it's thursday today and this is what happend sofar..

Faxed my copy of ID...no response
Phoned MTNSP and was on hold for like an hour....no response
Phoned again as was on hold for 20Min...with response...we don't handle the accounts (808)
Phoned the new number provided for like an hour...no response
Phoned 808 again....no response
Phoned the new number again...response...the lady that's currently handling my new contract is off sick....gave me new fax nr.
Faxed copy of my ID again...

and here I am today...still no new phone :confused:

Ask Pitbull to check what's going on, he got it sorted pretty quickly for me. :)

the application was online...already faxed my ID to hawa and andre..:mad:

LMAO.. do u know how long I searched for Auwa ?
Hawa is her name.

Left her a voice mail. Think she knocked off already. Will follow up first thing in the morning.
