well doesn't sentech have that vivid service which has no monthly subscription, and perfect digital reception? So whats the point in paying R20 a month extra? Am I missing something?
Cuz its cheaper...you'll only start saving by the 3rd year or so on the vivd's costs.

It IS usefull...for many people out there in rural areas. With over 100 000 mostly white people already having this,Al Jazeera and Soweto TV is to gain black and muslim share. That 100 000+ is without any ads.Remember Dstv gives every now and then 1-3 day open times as a teaser and mnet is open weekdays between 18h00-19h00.Magicworld i suspect they'll use to recycle older stuff from the other junk channels.Btw you can just tune your decoder to get about 7 religious channels,SABC Int and bobtv which shows bbc most of the time anyway.

Its good thinking.Lock 'em in and feed them some multichoice propaganda 'till they upgrade for more junk.

What about giving the option to pick the channels that only you want to watch.

i dont need all those channels on DSTV. I feel im wasting money paying for something that im not using. Out of all the channels out there thers only 12 i really do watch
