Basically they will only accept certain IPTV solutions and the streams needs to be encrypted on the network. This pushes up the price of the installations dramatically, as the encryption has to be licensed per user. Very early days... At the moment only viable for top hotels and big upmarket housing developments with fibre networks. PM me if you need more info.
