Multiple Cell IDs per tower?

A friend of mine is on the same Telkom Uncapped LTE product as I am, and we're both connected to the same tower (at least I THINK we are). However, our Huawei routers report different CELL_IDs. Is it possible that a single tower would have more than one CELL_ID? ie. Is each antenna a "cell" and I am just connecting to a different one because of the direction it is facing?

Cell IDs from the same network operator and on the same tower often have some kind of relation to each other, e.g. cell IDs 1011, 1012 and 1013 could be the North, South-West and South-East facing 900MHz sectors respectively, and 1014, 1015 and 1016 could be the North, South-West and South-East facing 2100MHz sectors respectively. Different network operators have different numbering conventions.

What cell IDs are you and your friend picking up?
