Multiple SMS and No Network in Perth, Oz

Hi,

Currently roaming in Perth, Oz and have roaming activated on Vodacom. However, I am not able to connect to any network in the last 24 hours. Just before I lost the network, I got the same SMS sent to me 5 times. Any one know if there are problems with Vodacom's international service?
