Have you been to Vegas? Schitloads of people, thousands of rooms per casino. Until someone does something obviously wrong, how do you know that they are up to something bad?

Yup, I mean it's not like a hotel actually cares how much luggage you have... The porters might have been a bit miffed but in an upmarket casino with celebs they probably see it all the time.

Right but thats not proof of a greater conspiracy from gun companies, is the intelligence agencies also in on this? That seems like a lot of people on the pay roll. Normal marketing seems easier.

Normal marketing doesn't have the same impact a major shooting incedent.

If I was an American citizen with free access to a myriad of weapons, this incident would inspire me to obtain more firepower, there's no incentive to weapon down to prevent further such cases.

Cameras do not have x-ray capabilities and cannot see straight through luggage bags.

Did he take guns into the casino? No. Over a few days he carried them into a hotel, concealed in a luggage bag.
