My point is people should be allowed to ask even stupid questions and draw their own conclusions.
Like why do they keep on changing the time line?
The answer to that is easy. Its an ongoing investigation. They change it to match new evidence that they find.

That's exactly what most conspiracy theories is. People asking questions because they aren't satisfied with the official response. Sometimes(almost always) it goes to far. Then you have people on both sides that lie and muddy the water mostly just because they're being stupid or on rare occasions even purposefully out of mallious.
There is no way to stop at the right amount of questions before it turns into a conspiracy. Sometimes conspiracies are real.

Police are under pressure for results and are not immune to error.

Completely feasible that given this situation the security gaurds lawyers advised him not to provide comment, so as not to give cause for further issues.

This would be the most pointless conspiracy theory ever. What are they trying to achieve? War with North Korea? Hell at least the 911 conapiracy theories claimed the end goal was war with Iraq/ Afghanistan etc.

Wednesday night on Fox News, Tucker Carlson questioned why Las Vegas security guard Jesus Campos gave his one and only interview to Ellen DeGeneres, who is heavily sponsored by MGM.

After playing a clip of Ellen's bizarre interview, Tucker said, "Is that really an interview?"

"Well, it turns out it could actually be a bizarre case of cross marketing by MGM Resorts that owns Mandalay Bay, sponsors by the way The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and features Ellen themed slot machines in many casinos including Mandalay Bay," Tucker said.

Tucker went on to interview Mark Steyn, who said he's not a "conspiracy nut" but "you're entitled to be one on this."

"Because, whether by intention or design, nothing is proceeding normally in this case up to the absurdity where someone says, 'I'm only going to give one interview and I'm gonna give it to Ellen DeGeneres,'" Steyn said.

So what are the conspiracyphobes gonna do now that the MSM is playing along, too?

That an agreement to withold testimony because you're taking money for it is indeed a kind of "gag order" (breach of contract is a bitch), and so Loomer was looming about in the right neighbourhood.

There is now good reason to suspect that the testimony is tainted and that Campos is playing along with his employers to make sure their image remains squeaky clean in public.

So as I initially said, there is smoke here. And now we're one step closer to discovering whether or not there is in fact a fire.
