Found the actual numbers

The Senate overwhelmingly voted Thursday to impose new sanctions on Russia, joining the House in approving the measure by veto-proof margins.
The vote on the bill — which would also add sanctions against North Korea and Iran — was 98-2, with only Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and Rand Paul, R-Ky., dissenting. The House passed the measure on Tuesday by 419-3.

Now if i remember correctly those who voted no, did it either because of Iran or because they thought the sanctions weren't actually a deterrent against Russias election meddling, not because they denied involvement.

"Democrat Russia gate wolf chase" :crylaugh:, im actually starting to see who the Clouseau is here.

Must be the guy thinking Russia election sanctions were implemented for the first time in July 2017 when in reality it was December 2016 ... ;)

Doesnt matter when it was first implemented. The Republicans overwhelmingly agreed with those sanctions Obama implemented (they would voted to have them removed if they didnt). Not only that they felt Obama didnt go far enough and implement more.

Riiiiight. Go troll elsewhere.

You're the one that's turned this thread into your schitfest zerohedge conspiratard lair, so quite frankly you're the last that should be pointing the troll finger.

I suppose tough questions that burn down tin foil hattery hits a note with you.

I'm not trolling though. I get sincerely annoyed when people start shrieking about tinfoil hattery simply because some of us like to induldge in speculation. The truth is often stranger than fiction. And like I have said oh so many times, the particular part of the "conspiracy" where I got involved, namely the curious lack of an appointed appearance by one Mr Comos, actually has legs and is newsworthy in its own right.

I suppose tough questions that burn down tin foil hattery hits a note with you.
If the "tough questions" were honestly and sincerely proferred instead of turned into gotcha nonsense, you might have a point.

And neither am i, so go fly a kite.
Oh really?

Whats the whole master plan behind this conspiracy anyway? The republican controlled house, senate and white house staged a false flag shooting for what exactly?

Any idea on this, conspiracy blokes?

How come you assume the 'right' would be behind it?

How would the democrats be able to achieve something of this scope without the republicans knowing, given all the branches of government they currently control?

From there it proceeds with you trying to ridicule NarrowBandFtw for challenging your assumption that if there is a conspiracy it must be some orchestrated right-wing plot. But no, you're not setting up any kind of bait...

Says the guy who thinks the Republicans are driving the Russiagate narrative such that he mocks people who disagree all because he's trying to prove that the Democrats couldn't possibly conspire in a meaningful way, which is itself an argument so ridiculous that it barely warrants serious attention.

We've recently seen clear of evidence of Dem mayors putting people in danger through their politically slanted means of controlling the cops such that antifa thugs were unleashed on otherwise law-abiding public protestors. And as was also alluded to, the deep state runs on both sides of the aisle.

Now do I personally think that any of these ideas are credible? Not really (at least not yet). But you're really not approaching the situation in good faith or with an open mind. Especially considering how intertwined the Clintons have become with George Soros.

With regards to American politics, disinformation is the order of the day.

'I hope someone truly shoots you': online conspiracy theorists harass Vegas victims

Those who lived to describe the mass shooting face flood of abuse on social media accusing them of being actors, as hoax claims flourish on YouTube

Braden Matejka survived a bullet to the head in the Las Vegas massacre. Then, the death threats started coming.

“You are a lying piece of **** and I hope someone truly shoots you in the head,” a commenter wrote to Matejka on Facebook, one week after a gunman killed 58 people and injured hundreds more. “Your soul is disgusting and dark! You will pay for the consequences!” said another. A Facebook meme quickly spread with a photo of him after the shooting, captioned: “I’m a lying ****!”

The 30-year-old victim – who narrowly escaped death in the worst mass shooting in modern US history – has faced a torrent of online abuse and harassment, forcing him to shut down his social media accounts and disappear from the internet. The bullying, taunting and graphic threats have also spread to his family and friends.

Astonishing how much carnage one lunatic caused. Expensive for the hotel (or its insurers). https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-49926469
Victims of the 2017 Las Vegas shooting have reached a settlement of at least $735m (£592m) from MGM Resorts.

The chain owns the Mandalay Bay Hotel, from where the gunman killed 58 people and wounded hundreds more before killing himself in October 2017.
