I'm definitely replacing all the lightbulbs with Rechargeable Battery Backup Light Bulbs in the next 2 months and already have the option to buy a 5.5kVA genny from a friend. I think the best bet might be to get a 2.4KVA inverter for my PC and lighting in the house so I can throw out the 2x 1000VA UPS's it's running on now and take the genny for prolonged outages.

Why don’t you tell us which ones then instead of being so cryptic because how would one “double check”.

Hi elec department, I want to turn my meter backwards, here’s a pic, is this possible?

Department: thank you for bringing this to our attention, you have been scheduled for a prepaid meter, please make yourself available.
My meter does not run backwards, it is an Alstrom. I believe that the meters that cannot run backwards have a small
symbol that looks like a gear with ratchet on their face.

Which city are you in?
