Municipalities which owe Eskom billions face cut off

Municipalities in the Free State owe Eskom billions and the bulk electricity supplier is threatening to cut off the power supply to a host of municipalities in the province.

How many times have they threatened to do it, but never do? Problem is also that if they cut them off, then they are going to cut people that do pay their bill...but the municipality just does not pay Eskom with the money collected. /sigh

I have paid but they will still cut me off
