Municipality defends paying R470 per month for mouses

For the furry rodent kind.
For computers, the house is divided, much like whether data takes a singular or plural verb. Mouses is acceptable.
Isn't the plural of data.... Dimension data? Could've sworn I've heard that before, somewhere in between "Simunye We Are Onneee"

It seems that a few Dr's and Prof degrees, means nothing for stupidity.
It proofs that any fool can get an education on paper but act like they are 1000 years behind

The big problem here is that Municipalities in South Africa are getting way, way too much money. They do not know what to do with it. Then corruption happens.

How does one get through to these thick skulled immoral of not stupid people in charge.

They seem to think that all of us are as dumb as they they are

Here is the thing... Insurance companies dont insure their own IT, they simply replace it.

That mouse is no more than R50 and so is the keyboard. They couldve bought some spare, rather than insure them.

I cant believe you can have such idiots on this planet, clearly this is about lining your own pockets.

Saw another business that rents a printer for R2500 a month, the printer costs R699. Extra ink and paper isnt included. They signed up for 12 months.

Let alone they spent R15k on a new laptop which ends up being a 6th Series Lenovo Celeron that costs R5k new when it was, more likely R2k now. I can bet they didnt pay more than R3k for it, and pocketed the R12k in their own pocket. Supposedly they bought 2. I asked where the other one was, they couldnt show me, but gave me an invoice for a gift and floral service that supposedly sold it to them. WTF
