Doesn't work. Because they don't have standards, just a current goal. You can't force the media to keep the same standards from day to day. Tomorrow they'll argue how free speech is not free.
It's registered in various jurisdictions and its Irish tax benefit is huge. Even if they withdrew from jurisdictions the EU still has law applicable to all companies (even foreign) if they have EU customers.
