Doesn't work. Because they don't have standards, just a current goal. You can't force the media to keep the same standards from day to day. Tomorrow they'll argue how free speech is not free.
It's registered in various jurisdictions and its Irish tax benefit is huge. Even if they withdrew from jurisdictions the EU still has law applicable to all companies (even foreign) if they have EU customers. They'd have to essentially withdraw and ban EU citizens as users.

Ah, finally an unpleasant odour has been lifted as the doxxer of LibsOfTikTok has finally been suspended. A well-deserved suspension which would have never had happened under the old regime.
