I never said it doesn't happen, I said it's not based in law I haven't seen it, It might be there and I just haven't seen it, but knowing how you can lie you need to prove yours statement.

Call me a liar and there is no need to discuss anything with you.

I fear someone is going to summon the powers of all the restaurants across the world they have been to so they can issue a warning on the basis of that authority.

There was this old couple that ran a Christian wedding venue that got targeted till they had to sell it. Same with a wedding cake venue.

So you can imagine how the muslim community will be targeted.

Clearly no one watched the kite runner

Take some time and read what the bible says and compare it to these views.

I think Tutu having studied at St Peter's Theological College (ThL) and King's College London (BDiv, ThM) makes him a little more qualified on this topic, although it's probably as worth as much as a philosophy degree.

Don't compare me with him, compare what he is saying with his source the bible...

Religions change, the bible changes, interpretations of the bible changes and apparently all people are created in gods image and you should love your neighbour

Ok who have you compared his understanding with before you held onto it?

I don't hold onto any of it, to me it's all nonsense and irrelevant. In regards to education and study, he would be more clued up and in regards to interpretation, nobody really cares what you, him or anyone else in the world thinks since it's subjective wishy-washy anyway.

Religions change,
Yes true
the bible changes,
Yes it has been altered
interpretations of the bible changes
This is supported by the bible changes?
and apparently all people are created in gods image
Ok, Genesis 1:27 ?
and you should love your neighbour
I love them passionately...

I guess it's easy to stand behind someone if he supports your way of thinking, lets ignore what the god he worship says about the matter. Accepting a man explaining away what his god says is fine? as we don't even belief in the god he worships?

The person is neither here nor there... I'll be weary of using such a reference on anything important, if anything maybe to point out a contradiction.

Yes then we agree Desmond Tutu's view on the matter is wishy washy to say the least.

Tutu had a relationship with god just like you. He thought the part about accepting each other and loving each other to be more important than the parts about stoning someone to death for blasphemy or loving someone of the same sex. There is no contradiction with the bible in his statements.

Like me? ok

According to his own religion that would be a distorted understanding. As his god prohibits and condemns homosexuality. Him reconciling condemnation with acceptance is contradictory.
There is no contradiction with the bible in his statements.
There would be no contradiction especially where he throws aside what his god says and blanketly accepts the condemnation under the forgiveness of his god. Looks like Tutu changed his religion to reconcile with current affairs which opposes his religion, is that a man of principle or a politician?
