Have any of you guys ever had problems updating information on your MWEB portal? Joined a little while back over the phone so it was a honest mistake by the consultant not entering the correct info. But I tried changing it a few times but it instructed me to call billing dep. A dude there helped me but struggled getting info updated. My name and surname is spelt incorrectly and email address is wrong so I didn't get any emails from them. He said I should wait an hour or two but after a few days it's still not updated on my end on the portal..am I wrong or crazy wanting my account info 100%? it bugs me..is it even possible getting an account recreated? I would even cancel current account to join with a new updated one. No problems with my internet so this is not a rant. Any advice?
