MWEB ADSL slow today 13 November 2013

We are experiencing slow connectivity. It's almost impossible to get through to MWEB call centre on various numbers.
I got through on my Cell and there is a recorded message that MWEB is experiencing slow connectivity and their engineers are attending to it.

Why have they not posted this on their outages page or on Twitter yet?:mad:

MWEB members in all areas may experience problems sending emails at the moment. Our engineers are currently investigating. Please use the message centre on the MWEB portal as an alternative to send emails.

I am not aware of us experiencing a general outage with regards to speed.

We have been struggling with slow connectivity this morning, and trying 087 7000 222, 011 340 7165 and they are continually engaged.

My uncapped Mweb 4Mbps ADSL line also crawling since last night, with international the worst affected. Can it be due to Microsoft's patch Tuesday with auto IE11 update.

Also please not that the number you were trying to call is the number from our premier support.

I believe that they were running a queue.

My Openweb account is flying at mach 2.2.

LOL .:D.... No "abusers" at OW.... gotta say my OW account is no probemo either:whistling:
I will have to thank Mr. Beep, or start a happy OW thread, because I don't get throttled for days on end.
