Hello,

Not sure if anyone else having this problem. One of my ISP accounts is MWEB 3Gb. Since 28 Aug the bandwidth usage meter as stopped updating (on their website). I have restarted my modem several times, also cleared my browser cache, but it still does not update. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Anyone have any ideas what may be going on? I am one of those lucky ones that had their 1024 account upgraded to 4096, could this be affecting the updating of the usage meter?

Thanks
Doc

Thanks for your reply.

This may be a silly question, but when I click on the SAIX link you provided what user/password do I enter? Do I enter my Mweb details?

Thanks

Even SAIX states stats upto 28 August, not after that.
Any idea why?

Mine is not capped, as I never get near my 3gig cap. Will give it a few days and see what happens.

Happened to a friend of mine too, seems like it does happen every so often. Just a word of warning, don't think that you're uncapped for the rest of the month as they are still monitoring.
