MWeb Rude Customer Services with Wholesalers

Hello,

Me and my friend were interested to start a Virtual ISP and we choose MWeb. We visit their head office and discussed our requirements with their business sells and technical representatives. During the meeting they emphasise to sell their business packages but we were interested to keep focus on home consumers. Next day of the meeting I sent them few questions to answers because we were concern about Web Africa's consumers resellers packages. I sent three emails but MWeb representative from business sells don't bother to answer my emails.

I'm still interested in MWeb wholesaler account but my friend stopping me to signup any contract with MWeb because according to him "MWeb business customer services is very bad and not up to market standards. MWeb disappointed us and they don't care about their customers if they do they don't ignore your emails".

Once again, today I sent one same email to MWeb and Web Africa. I asked for E1 line price. Web Africa answered to my mail in 8 mins but still I'm waiting a reply from MWeb.

What do you suggest, is there any other company where we can open a wholesale account and what is your experience with MWeb business sells customer service?
