MWEB + THE WEEKEND = FAIL

I'm on the MWeb 4096 Uncapped UNSHAPED package. For 2K a month, this is unacceptable.
 
Mweb support centre is fail, phoned how many times and it's always engaged, got through once, follwed the voice prompt, just to end up getting cut off. Aren't there regulation against poor service?

Well I just saw now. Its no longer 8pm. This whole week the rate limit was removed at 18:45. The rate limit was just removed........
 
Did they recently state they had put in a redundicy line incase of issue's with seacom? or did they just lie about that??
 
We are currently experiencing problems with our international traffic our engineers are investigating. We will let you know as soon as we have more information.

Same here joined today, not sure that I want to sign the application form!!!!! I would imagine it is the same thing if you have the BUSINESS package?

I bet if we get the Carte Blanche people on their case, it might make up for the downtime in sheer entertainment value.
