hey just wanna say that mxit isn't bad at all only if you go on chatrooms...it's simple me and my bf would chat like this

etc and plus we know most of the people

now the new laws in sa are no kissing if you under 18 nor smoking or drinking well we still do it and never get caught i think its stupid and plus the strict parents the ones who end upwith rebel children

as far as i kno, kissing is illegal if you are under 16, not 18. but that doesn't stop us with any of hte laws that you mentioned so its not gonna change anything
