I have an afrihost signal that reads one bar sometimes even 2 bars in my linux OS wifi console.

Axxess support tells me they don't cover my area.

Are they taking the worst case scenario and handing it to me ie It definitely does not work or
if i do order the sim, could i possibly get some access albeit slow, and if so how slow ?

Anyone knows the answer to my question ?

Why does it need asking? You can check the coverage maps of all LTE providers. Just go directly to their websites, rather than through a third party like Afrihost, and check if your address is covered. Axxess's website makes it crystal clear whether you're dealing with Cell C or MTN LTE.

The question is asked because i have heard people saying they do have access in areas that is not shown on their map. I need to know if i will have a connection albeit slow, the ISP will not answer this question.

If you are in a coverage area, awesome sign up. If not, don't sign up. The ISP's will not feel sorry for you if you sign up and you are not in a coverage area and you can not connect. They will tell you that they can not escalate the issue, offer any support nor refund you as you had to check coverage before signing up for the service.
