Hi,

My brand new JVC lt-55n776 smart TV firmware hangs. Is there any firmware/software I can download to fix this problem.

By using the remote form the homepage to different options it start hanging and reboot by itself back to the home page.

Help will be much appreciate.

There's nothing wrong with the firmware, could be a hardware problem, return the tv and don't get a JVC tv again, if you bought it less than 6 month ago ask for a refund and go and get one of those Samsung KU7000 series Tv's and if you want Android on your Tv get an android box

Don't ignore Hisense and LG either.

Stay away from JVC and Telefunken

You can get alternatives from Game:

Samsung 50inch UHD Smart TV/50KU7000 - R11 000

Hisense 55inch UHD Smart TV/55N3000UW -R11 000

Interested to know if this problem has been solved (other than changing the TV) as I am experiencing the same thing. As soon as internet is activated via Telkom modum TV re-boots to 'home' screen. DSTV channels work OK.

The only solution is to refund this crap. I also got myself the 55" curved UHD JVC last year on Black Friday. Got home, switched it on, and experienced nothing but utter disappointment. The colours were atrocious and the overall quality was pathetic. No way in hell that unit was UHD. I tried every which way to get it to display 4k content in 4k to no avail. JVC in SA is utter trash. I refunded the TV 2 days later. Decided to invest in a 65" UHD Hisense. Never been happier.

ok it seem to be settings on the router or the router because if i share my data on my IPhone this problem doesn’t happen so that tells me maybe theres a wifi issue if you have an android device or apple device tell me if your problem is resolved please, ill try another router Besides this telkom one to see if the issue persists
 
Hi I bought myself this TV, i have been happy with it after i sorted out the network problem, the problem is with the android software that is pre loaded, download a new launcher..there is a lot on google play... side load the new launcher and make it the default home screen,
 
Hi, My TV JVC brand LT55N935 just did Kojan upgrade but it stopped loading on 65% and started flashing all the colors non stop, nothing is happening from there beside seeing all these flashing colors going on none stop.
Can I know to fix this problem or there is no solution because I can not use the TV anymore?

How did you go about updating the frimware
 
I downloaded the Kojan Fimware and loaded it to my USB for the second time because I once did it but now it get hanged on 65% and started flashing all the colors non stop. Now I don` t know what to do and I can`t use the TV at all in everything.

Lord mine froze on the start page wisdom share bubbles... they took it fixed it and 4 weeks later it's doing the same... it is a 75inch
 
Hi my tv model is jvc LT-49N775, it keeps on rebooting and doesn't go through
May I get the help please
