::wtf:

This is disturbing, to say the least. Her boss is keeping her meds in her drawer and gives my daughter a pill everyday.
Am I overreacting or is this BS!!!

:wtf:

So is it her medication or the bosses medication? The way you typed it says she has your daughters medicine in her drawer.

Is your daughter depressed?

Is your daughter 6?

I don't mean to sound funny, but I think anyway over that age can say no?
Or have I missed something?

Doesn't matter

We've been counselled that you can't even dispense an Aspirin / Panado to someone - if anything untowards happens as a result, company can held liable. So if someone want's a Panado, they must go get it themselves - you can't 'give' it to them.

I usually give one of my advil cs to my friend or work colleague if they were sick so its a bad thing then.

Sketchy details from OP. But this sounds HIGHLY suspect and illegal.
