Thank you for contacting us. This is an automated e-mail created to explain the recent changes on our membersite.

Due to an ongoing optimization in our payment system, the following currencies are currently not available:
ZAR (South Africa)
KES (Kenya)
NGN (Nigeria)
USD (all countries that didn’t have their local currency)
Additionally, the PHP (Philippines) currency currently only accepts GCash as a payment method.

We are working tirelessly to complete the optimization as soon as possible.

However, since that might take some time, we are offering some time of free My Family Cinema service to each of the users that are expired or about to expire. Please check if you already received it by accessing the “My Account” menu of the app!

If you haven’t yet received free days of service but your plan will expire, is your first purchase or expired within the next few weeks, please click on the button below and fill up the form so we can check what happened and add the days to your account. Please note that the process might take up to 48 hours."

 
I emailed them and they extended my subs for 7 days while they sort out their problems.

Thank you! My subscription was going to expire on 3 Aug, but got 2 weeks added after filling in the form.

Hey folks, how do you continue picking up where you left a show across devices? Is this even possible?
 
Every time you buy new tickets to take your family to the cinema to continue watching the same movie, you have to sit through the whole movie from the start. :laugh: /s.
