For sure if she's a slag she's going to have some party time.

But having a ring on it would dissuade the situation from happening in the first place.


The point was rather how in the hell the tank-top-freakshow is meant to know that she has a boyfriend without actually being in the situation to find out that she has one.

So in light of that flirtation or other casual conversation is perfectly normal and bound to happen until said line is drawn. A ring on the finger just avoids all of that.
