How nice it would be for an ISP to advertise and state clearly

* How much international bandwidth they have
* How much local bandwidth they have
* How local and international bandwidth is peered and with whom
* What they guarantee and what they dont.

I suppose that would be too much goobledygook to sell a package. Surely there should be a way to include all that in a marketing message?
