My laptop can connect but my PC cant to my B660 modem - help!

Hey everyone, im using a huawei b660-14c3 modem from 8ta.
My laptop can connect to it and gets internet connectivity but my PC cant.
My PC also has a wireless lan card so its not like one is using a lan cable and one is using wireless, both are wireless.
The weird thing is that every now and then my PC connects and gets internet connectivity for a few hours then disconnects and cant connect again for days.
I really dont know what to do and need the connection going for my pc, so any help would be great.

Thats correct... the laptop connects every time. Might i add that when i say my pc doesnt connect - it just stays on limited... my laptops ip settings are all automatic and so are my pc settings... i dont understand why one connects and the other doesnt...
