I mean the guy lives in Kzn.
Based on the country's current trajectory, he'll be subject to the laws of the king in a few years.
This complaint may just cost him his life.

You can't use wood from the kings land and then charge him for it.
You don't own it in the first place. You stole it.
Ownership is a western concept.
In Africa the king owns everything.
Including your life, your wife and anything he wants.
This is treasonous behaviour.
