My ping sucks

For some reason over the past two days my ping has increased shockingly. I used to get pings of > 70 but now my ping is constantly 150+. I connect via wireless to my router, and haven't had any issues before.

I live in kempton park.

I have never had such bad pings. What is causing this?

EDIT: It doesn't matter if I use my telkom or IS account, they both have bad pings

You lucky you only getting 150ms...

I Range from 30ms at night to 500ms during the day!
And don't even bother calling telkom, most of the tech support agents don't even know what a ping is.

I Have called telkom at least 10 times since January logging faults etc.
There's probably a latency issue at your exchange, and resetting your port only helps for a few minutes.
