It's less than a month old!

I received a call and when I ended it the screen was shaking and was magnified!

I then swithed it off and it never came back on again...

I did everything, removed the battery and the sim etc... I did a soft reset and even attempted a hard reset but the screen is gone!

I hear the sounds when I press the buttons but it cant receive calls or do anything!

Help!!! Did this happen to anyone of you?

No not quite... I reverted to my SE P910i - THE BEST PHONE I EVER OWNED!

I had a Nokia N70 for exactly 3 days and then got rid of it!!! I will never buy a Nokia again... :)

Not to deviate from your thread, but why on earth did you get a N70? It's a really crappy re-badged 6680.

It was voted the best phone in the world out of 200 phones according to GSMarena.com. Yeah right!!! It is slow and pretty much useless... It changed ringtones all the time, it froze, it disconnected!!!! need I go on?

They got me there, but never again!

I sold it to my buddy and he thinks it's a great phone...

I did a software update myself to ver5 and then it seemed to better but it was stil soooo slooooowwwwww!

I FULLY agree with that statement!!

Mind you, my P990i is now the best phone I've ever owned, but there is still a few software 'niggles' on the P990i that SE need to sort out...

My sister is now the proud owner of my P910i and she absolutely loves that phone! ;)

I feel your pain man, my TYTN is also less than a month old and something has gone wrong with my camera. There are green and pink bars all over the screen in camera and movie mode. Not to mention the phone is pretty buggy. I suppose thats the price you pay for having so much squeezed into one device. I'm going back to my 'ol faithful SE K700i while it gets repaired

I see. Gee, uh...that R150 Alcaltel jobbie does that as well...

Man, you must be the biggest moron on this planet. Have you ever heard of Google? :p

Now if you have (I really really hope so!), then go to www.google.co.za and type 'P910i' in the box - I bet you can even use 'I'm feeling Lucky', cos it will take you straight to SE's web site and the P910i specifications.

That's where I went and all I saw was a very bulky phone. That's why I asked what it does? Looks like the keypad flaps open - did SonyErricson forget that it was suppose to make calls as well, and just stuck it on? :p

Perhaps I'm a bit cruel to the device. Personally the idea of cramming so many features into a tiny device, in the process bulking it up and making it fragile as hell, doesn't appeal to me. I can't help but to think its too much of a gadget thing than a practical option as you have to compromise with nearly everything you'd normally experience with a PC/Notebook.

The P-series from SE is a mobile office. Once you had a P-series phone & used it for business and on the road, it's nearly impossible to revert back to a 'plain' phone, there are just too many functions missing...
