Looking at the damage numbers for the new skills is making me strongly reconsider a MF culler as my first char.
Guess some theory crafting will happen tonight. Just hope that path of building has been updated with the new values + tree by the time I get home

So a Slayer can get 87% life leeched per second max, and if you killed some worms that'll last for 35 seconds... Seems legit

Ok, realistically you'll only get 58% leeched per second, but still, that is craziness

I was going to play an MF culler as league starter.
But looking at end of year at work, so probably won't have as much time as I want to trade

Next up is some kind of crazy Unearth build using kitavas thirst to proc volatile dead on the corpses.
But need some proper numbers to see how that'll go. (I'll probably go this, sounds like fun!)

I also want to try the new lightning tentrils. The 50% more dmg on the 4th channel tick sounds insane!

Shameless selfbump of my stream though... I'll be streaming from the launch of league, so if any of you are keen to watch.

Think I must just try self cast crit glacial cascade inquisitor, can always switch to frostbolt/spark/freezing pulse if it is poop. Get that 5k life with 2k MoM to survive anything that doesn't get frozen instantly. Maybe add on some uniques that trigger off huge mana spends too

I'm only going to start playing at like 3am to avoid the inevitable server issues at launch, patch should be done by then
I recall one of the prior leagues I woke up, checked reddit, saw there was still issues and went back to sleep

We did a pre-patch already of 3GB a while back. See how big it is by what time could we start patching.

5GB sound right what @Traq mentioned. I did a complete PC install the other day that was 8.2GB. New Windows etc.

I am downloading the standalone client and torrent file now, in case Steam does not update in time on my slow internet at home.
