If anyone has a Kaom's Heart in Prophecy I would like to borrow it (not buy since i have like 6 in Std) I can't run higher tier maps at the moment I kill myself with reflect too much.

If you have an item with 6 sockets that are not linked, it costs 1 Jewellers Orb to craft 2 sockets using Vorici's table. Then it takes 1 more Jewllers Orb to fulfill the prophecy on the item you want. So in total, 2 Jewellers Orbs to 5L any item if you have the prophecy. I did this with my Quill Rain recently. This prophecy only works if the item does not have its maximum number of sockets. Quill rain can only get 4 sockets normally, which is what mine had, thus I had 2 craft 2 sockets first and then do the prophecy to get 5 sockets. To 6L with Vorici is insanely expensive, so I will stick to 5L. Easier to prob just get a chest with 6L.

EQ damage with buffs approx. 17K.

Voll with Ancestral Protector does not last long, couple of seconds. Still in Cruel, need to do the last bit before Merciless.

Then I need to start looking for gear, Merciless.
My current gear does not cater for Merciless. Far of the 75% required.

Still running Tabula Rasa body armour.

This is not even remotely true. The minimum Item Level (iLvl) is as follows: iLvl 25 will give 4 sockets, iLvl 35 will have 5 sockets, and iLvl 50 will have 6 sockets


Vorici crafting can override iLvl requirements however. Your process regarding "The Jeweller's Touch" is correct.

If anyone is playing standard, we can party up as I am also mainly playing standard now. Regarding other ARPG's, give Grim Dawn a try, although there is not really an end game (like mapping or rifts).

Hey bud, using a 6L Astral Plate with relatively high armour and life. Don't need resistances from my armour

So tried my build last night on uber lab and it was a breeze, died first time because I tried to just face tank a couple floors of traps Izaro is a cake walk though. Got an ex from him

Ok, but my Quill Rain had 4 sockets on and when I tried to use a Jewellers Orb it said the item has max number of sockets? I know Vorici's table can override this to go higher but that doesn't help for the prophecy. Hence I had to use the table to go back to 2 sockets, then I could use the orb to get 5 sockets.

Cannot open all the sites at work, but based on google search results it seems the ilvl of quill rain is determined by the area it drops in, so mine probably dropped in a low level area on my previous char. Thus it only goes to 4 sockets. If it drops in a higher area it will go to 6 sockets.

I've been having lots of fun getting a bow based CoC started, killing cruel Malachai was soooo easy (I usually struggle to get over that hurdle because I don't want to buy gear until I'm in Merc A2).

Yep, I am also busy levelling a CoC bow based build. Biggest problem was when to switch to CoC to have it proc reliably enough. Still have a crit chance gem in my setup, currently get up to about 55% crit chance with power charges. I am in A4 Cruel now, lvl 54. As soon as I do the Cruel lab I can get the ascendancy buff for crit chance with power charges (in Assassin) and it should boost crit chance enough so that I hopefully don't need the crit chance gem anymore.

Current skill setup is Barrage+CoC+Bladefall+Glacial Cascade+Increased Crit Chance. With enough crit chance I can drop the gem to get increased AOE/conc effect for bosses. 6th link will be added chaos/EK. This setup is currently crushing the bosses I encounter, Dominus was quite easy in cruel. The knockback on crit also helps, last night Voll couldn't even get to me because the knockbacks keep pushing him back till he's dead

I have a Voll's Devotion in standard. I farmed the brittle cards in Warbands before they nerfed the drops. It used to be anywhere in dried lake instead of just Voll himself.

Ok yeah, that will make it a bit easier. Doesn't work well with low crit obviously Will get a rat' nest tonight. Don't have a Voll's either. I actually don't have a lot of health problems so far, a bit of leech and pots get me through most things so far. I am following Mathil's build, this is the tree. Video guide and update on youtube.
