Questions to be put to the panel:

1. Vodacom: If they acquire neotel will they push for facilities leasing/LLU from Telkom and target the residential market with DSL products?

2. Vodacom: If you acquire neotel, are you sure that you will automatically obtain all their spectrum?

3. Telkom: Still want to buy Cell C?

4. Telkom: Provide more details around the MSAN/ISAM rollout - they should AT LEAST have a minimum rollout plan, nevermind their ambitious initial targets. Give us a list of sites!!!!

5. Telkom: When will you take over the "Free The Web" title and either drop or reduce the Telkom Tax on ADSL lines?

6. MTN/Vodacom: Did the MTR proposal catch you by surprise or were you aware of the proposed cuts a few months ago?
