Absolutely second this vote.

Since Paul's been more active on the forum this year the general level of discourse in threads he's been involved in has been superb. Also has a wealth of knowledge, is always happy to help, contributes towards sticking it to the man, and is a very approachable bloke.

That sort of thing should be rewarded.

My drama on the other hand, shouldn't, to be honest, although I appreciate the nominations for actual value I might add...
