Are there going to be more/different endings or ending DLCs in the future?

No. BioWare strongly believes in the team's artistic vision for the end of this arc of the Mass Effect franchise. The extended cut DLC will expand on the existing endings, but no further ending DLC is planned.

ugh. what a load of horse siht. such a clumsy ending.
in my mind shepard sadly gets blasted to bits by harbinger, or gets indoctrinated by harbinger. but he doesnt go to the citadel and choose blue green or red, destroy the mass relays, and strand the normandy on pandora or whatever that avatar world is called.

Just watch all 4 endings on youtube. About 40 mins total. Better than downloading 1.85GB and then only seeing one of the endings per playthrough.

I played through ME1, ME2, ME3 in the last month. Did every quest and sidequest possible with full paragon choices. Probably around 200 hours total. The decisions in ME1 and ME2 makes a significant difference to the gameplay in ME3. Characters you saved and did quests for pop up randomly in ME3 in almost every mission, granting you help and/or new items with unique dialogue.

The ending doesn't depend on the previous games much at all though. Nonetheless, the gameplay was great. I can finally put the ME series to bed.

Bioware is not ending the Mass Effect series, they still want to continue with Mass Effect 4 and future ones, with a completely different story arc to Commander Shepard.

They also want to expand Mass Effect 3 with just as many DLCs and even more than Mass Effect 2.
