Mystery of Minister's signature from 2013 on SA nuclear plan approval solved

And the voters trust them with their lives and nuclear and they can't even prepare a fking document.

That tells me two things:

(1) Tina Joemat-Petterson did not want to put her own signature to this gazette notice, which would have been simple enough to do, and the fact that she has effectively refused to sign a gazette with the same text, nor has she co-signed the same notice, suggests that she is scared of the consequences of going ahead with the nuclear power build programme.

(2) The DoE is effectively admitting that the decisions were made back in 2013 and that the cANCer party government has ignored all of the criticism of the secret nuclear power build programme plans over the last two years.

The ratings agencies will definitely see the nuclear power build programme as debt that cannot be afforded nor serviced in the current economic climate and the corruption involved will make it even worse for the country.

Or she doesn't care and hasn't read it, and didn't understand why an aide interrupted her shoe-shopping to bug her with this document.
