I have finally reached the level of dissatisfaction that I am unlurking in this forum.
Since, roughly, the beginning of last week.. my service has degraded to absolutely unusable levels. At first, the service was zippy, then it went through a slow bit .. and roughly the "friday" deadline you were given, it actually started performing adequately again.
As of last week however, it has interfered with my ability to do business, and manage my money. I am unable to reach cvs servers stateside without timeouts, and can't even do local internet banking.
Today I have also been experiencing a yoyo'ing connection, whereby I am still connected, but the routing fscks up, so badly i cant even ping their dns servers.
I have 2 tickets open , and I must admit .. they have been forthcoming about the second problem, which is by far the least of the two. Even if the connection is up, it is close to useless.
Due to the limiting contract I have signed, and the fact that cancelling really isnt an option for me (i need this line for business, and I can't afford to wait for telskum to install a line when they grace me with their presence). So i will put my full support behind whatever needs to be done to get these guys to deliver on their side of the contract. I am even willing to take a day to go picket them.
