N2 to S/West from CPT: When does the traffic clear?

Haven't driven though to Somerset West in the week for some time now. What's the soonest the traffic clears up / flows reasonably freely?

After 6pm. I leave CBD just after 3pm each day else I stay till 6pm. Its the traffic at Hospital Bend thats the ballache.
