I have a N73 on a Vodacom contract. Recently I noticed a deterioration of call quality and experienced intermittent connection errors. Eventually it lost connectivity altogether.
I took it to the Nokia outlet in Vodaworld for repairs and received an sms to pick it up today. I took it home but to my frustration the problem persist. No doubt the techie just reset the phone without bothering to do a proper diagnosis
I am planning to take the phone back to Nokia and will give them a piece of my mind but I was wondering if anybody else had had a similar experience?
