NAEDO payment gone off - but still no reconnection

Good morning

Last month was a bit rough with our finances, and as a result, I could not pay my TM account, and it got suspended.

This month, however, the full amount outstanding cleared my savings account, but I still have no joy in getting back on the air with TM.

Is there any other numbers or email addresses I can ping as I'm not getting joy at this stage.

The hatred I have for this company is unreal. Sorry for jacking your thread but I'm stuck with a billing issue too.

Debit order date set for last working day of the month. After 3 months calling to change it because my salary only reflects on the 1st of the month debit order failed last month but manually paid on the 1st. Payment reflects but like always they charge R200 for debit order rejection fee.

I refused to pay as I have voice recordings of them confirming debit order date changed which was not done. So my account stays in R199 arrears.

15th of the month Telkom pushes a Naedo payment of R199 + R599 to my account which I reversed because the account is not yet due and I'm waiting for my R200 credit from billing to be allocated so the account will be up to date and the normal R599 debit order will go off on the new date set 5th of the month.

3rd July Telkom pushes another debit order of R389 to my account and now that payment shows but my account is going to get suspended and handed over to lawyers for the arrears amount of R200 which they charged me for the failed debit order.


No my fault but suspending my account and handing me over not for the service part of the bill but for the failed payment penalty they charged me. :mad:

Going NOT to recommend them to friends and family any more.

CellC's service is WAY better than Telkom's...

Reconnection can take up to 7 days.. Msg the facebook telkom team

Ohhhh my word this is the worst company ever.

So for that R200 rejection fee I was charged they handed me over to Nudebt who debited my account for R379 and now that money is gone.

My account went into arrears again but they never debited me and charging me more fees. Nudebt is debiting my account with the arrears amount but Telkom is not getting the funds and 180 is saying no these charges are for debt collection because my account is in arrears so I need to still pay Telkom the amount owing OHHHH MY God.

I wish this company can just close.
