Time to claim your money back. These guys don't know how to deliver a TV. I've seen the ultimate care that Hirsch and Makro take to delivering a TVSo the second TV also arrived broken. The bezel even has a crack in it. It looks like a heavy box was stored on top of the TV and left a deep crease in the box in line with the crack.
Total damage thus far: 2x R13'999 TV's plus courier fees
EDIT: This time I took a video as I unboxed it, so if they hassle me I have proof that it was not damaged by me.
